We specialize in numerical modelling of groundwater flow, solute transport, heat flow and geochemical processes in both saturated and unsaturated zones. Our modelling work is closely integrated with the analysis of hydrogeological, hydrological and other spatial and time-series data.
Numerical modelling
Need to assess the behaviour of a hydrogeological system, its water balance or its response to a planned intervention? We develop conceptual and numerical models based on available investigation and monitoring data.

Transport and groundwater quality
We model the transport of dissolved substances and contaminants, assess their potential migration, and analyse the effects of groundwater flow, chemical reactions, degradation processes and remediation measures on the evolution of concentrations and groundwater chemistry.
Data analysis and tool development
We process and evaluate data required for model development and calibration. For extensive time series, monitoring data and spatial datasets, we also develop our own software tools and automated workflows.
